📜 Rules & Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use CustomCup. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. CustomCup is a fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Fortnite, or Twitch.

Be decent to each other. The following are not allowed and can get your account suspended:

• Harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, or bullying.
• Sexual content, or any content involving minors that is inappropriate.
• Spam, scams, phishing, or advertising unrelated services.
• Offensive names on profiles, coins, rooms, clips, or chat.
• Sharing others’ personal information without consent.

SP and LP are virtual points. Do not use bots, scripts, multiple/alt accounts, bugs, or exploits to earn points, win games, or influence rewards. We actively monitor for abnormal activity and reserve the right to reset points, deny prizes, and suspend accounts that exploit the system. Decisions on abuse are at our discretion.

SP (Season Points) and LP (Loot Points) have no cash value and cannot be sold, traded for money, or transferred off-platform. They exist only for fun and for redeeming rewards inside CustomCup.

Prize redemptions are a discretionary reward, not a guarantee. To redeem, your account must generally be a few days old, linked to Twitch or Discord, and show genuine activity. We may verify eligibility, delay, or deny any redemption we believe involves fraud, exploiting, or duplicate accounts. Prizes are fulfilled manually and may be limited by our monthly budget. No purchase is necessary.

The casino games and coin “trading” use virtual LP only. They are games of chance/entertainment with a built-in house edge and are not gambling for real money and not investments. Coin prices are simulated and can go to zero. Never treat them as real financial products.

You are responsible for what you post — clips, chat, streams, coin names, and voice/video in rooms. Don’t stream or upload content you don’t have the rights to, and keep it appropriate for a mixed-age community. We may remove content or features from anyone who breaks these rules.
